The Spaghetti arose out of the love for real Italian cuisine combined with the idea of spending time together with friends and family. One of the most beautiful town houses right in the heart of Kraków's Main Square is home to the restaurant. The Spaghetti's interiors reflect Italian
simplicity and contemporary design. The menu changes together with the seasons – this is our homage to quality. We only use the best types of durum wheat semolina for our pastas.
And our pizza dough is made according to a traditional recipe using the real Gran Mugnaio Italian flour. Flour, salt, olive oil and yeast are the only ingredients we use. Then the dough matures for 24 hours – leaving it light and aromatic.
