Bistecca alla Fiorentina
The specialty of Fiorentina is the wonderful bistecca alla fiorentina - that is a Florentine steak. The secret of bistecca alla fiorentina lies in the unique way of cutting the meat and its quality. It resembles a T bone steak and always contains a bone with a portion of sirloin on one side and roast beef on the other.
Meat for our bistecca comes from 8-year-old Angus and Hereford cows, it is seasoned for a minimum of 30 days before it can be properly grilled. Bistecca alla fiorentina is always served bloody - to fully enjoy its unique taste.

- gluten free pancakes with fresh fruits and sour cream
